| Welcome to Imythess, the border between dreams and reality. We hope you enjoy your visit. Imythess is a creative writing board where you narrate the story of a character in the medieval land of Imythess, on the planet Chaon. Each topic is an opportunity for your character to interact with the world and its peoples by cooperatively writing pieces of a story with other members, one post at a time. We call this role-playing, because you assume the identity of your character as if it were your own. In order to play, you must register an account for each character you would like to write about, and begin their tale by filling out their basic profile information: Race (human, elf, demon, etc.), class (warrior, mage, etc.), physical appearance, and any other personal details you would like to describe. You are also encouraged to come up with some background history information for what your character's life has been like up to the point at which their story in Imythess begins. There is no approval process or application required to join, so long as you follow the rules then you are free to write whatever character details you choose. Registration is simple, fast, and completely free. Create a character now! If you're already a member, you can log into your account below: |

Vyse is obviously getting tired, sweat has started to appear on his brow, his movements are slowly starting to get sluggish, not having much strength left he uses his left arm to block the gauntlet stab, letting it pierce his arm, grabbing it he throws Exodus directly at himself, slamming his head into his nose as he yells out, "This is way to fun!" his eyes begin to shine again as his head connects. |

He shifted himself, cracking his own skull against the man's. The resounding thunk that came from the noise was loud enough to scare off any nearby birds. He stumbled back, slightly disoriented. His hand held his shoulder, twisting it to pop it back into place. It would have to end soon. He regretted being mortal, regretted the limitations that came with it. He couldn't help but sigh, feeling the whispers stop. He let out a huff, "I'm in control now, so let's end this fast if you wish to end it." He hadn't felt this tired since his escape from menzoberranzan, the feeling of exhaustion he felt then was even more extreme, however, the desire to survive, to escape that place. In his insane flurry, it was also a journey to seek more battle, more murder. He couldn't help but grin, oh how nostalgia was fun. He couldn't help himself, but soon the grin suppressed itself, as all his emotions did, locking itself away deep inside. He let out a small snort, wind passing from his nose like a bull. He held his working right arm on his hilt lazily, waiting for the man to make his move. |

Vyse speaks up, "Whew... I give... man... I am aching all over... well this was fun Exodus, I'll track ya down again someday and we can have fun some other time, but right now I think neither of us is in any real condition to keep on fighting..." Vyse rubs his head as some bleed leaks out over his face, his arm wound is also bleeding rather badly. "It was nice meeting the sane you, if you want a match sooner then I can track you, just ask for my name at any bar, they'll tell you where I went." he smiles as he turns and starts to walk away, leaving his back completely undefended. |

He felt a twitch in his eye as they raised into an orchestra, screaming at him to attack, and finish the man off. He merely turned, closing his eyes. He placed his blinder back over his eyes, turning his head slightly, "Next time, walking away like that will be fatal." He left it at that, walking off. He didn't have a place to be but he knew that if he didn't kill something soon, what he just did may ensure he isn't sane for many days. Oddly, he knew it was worth it. It was hard to find a challenge, hard to find a warrior to match his own prowess. He felt a smile creep his lips as he walked on, as if he hadn't even fought the man, and didn't know he was there. |
